The Nerman Museum is a Contemporary Art Museum at Johnson County Community College.
Jerry and Margaret Nerman decided to fund $1.5 million into the art museum in 2003.
They designed the building out of Kansas limestone and the architect was Kyu Sung. Artist Dylan Mortimer made three large motion censored halos at the museum that he takes a lot of pride in. Mortimer grew up in a christian school and attended the Kansas City Art Institute.
